Vintry ★★★★ $$$

Caramelised Roast Pork @ RM 18

Vintry has always been my favourite place when its comes to delicious meaty savoury food. Offering fusion foods which not only satisfy local taste buds but also something out of the ordinary. With Pork as the main ingredient for most of their dishes. It's a place you shouldn't miss out.

Vintry Meat Platter @ RM 46
A mixed platter of gourmet cured meats: Jamon, Chorizo, Prosciutto and Pork Salami served with pickles and slices of baguette. Meats were fresh and thinly sliced. A salty appetizing dish.
Caramelised Roast Pork @ RM 18
Roast Pork Wok-Fried in a flavourful Superior Soy sauce and Caramelised with sugar. This dish comes with a choice of spicy or non-spicy. Roast pork had a slight crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Every bite was full of flavour as it gave out a sweet savoury taste. An extra plus point as you get to taste the Wok Hei. Eat it while its hot. A Must try dish!!
Mushroom Sformato @ RM 15
Egg Flan with Shiitake Mushrooms and Cheese served with Garlic Cream sauce. Another tasty savoury dish. Egg Flan was soft and moist. The sauce greatly complements it as it brings out the flavour.
Deep-Fried Pork Strips @ RM 12
Pork Strips were marinated with an intense Bean Curd sauce then deep-fried. Crispy and crunchy. The strip by itself was tasty with a tofu cheese flavour to it. The sweet creamy dipping sauce complements the pork strips as well. Another must try dish!!
BBQ Pork Ribs @ RM 42 (Medium)
An all-time favourite BBQ Pork Ribs, served with sides of mashed potatoes and Coleslaw. Before going on to the Ribs, the sides were awesome. Mashed potato was smooth and creamy and also tasty which kept you wanting for more. As for the Coleslaw, it was sweet and refreshing. Ribs had an intense BBQ flavor and the meat was tender. The Ribs were pretty good but after trying one of the best ribs from Sydney, this was slightly lacking in terms of texture.
Chef Pasta @ RM 36
Tomato-based Spaghetti Pan-Fried with Taiwanese Sausages, Pork Bacon, Sliced Mushrooms and Pork Croutons. A fusion mixed of Italian and Asian food. The blend surprisingly worked as the ingredients complemented one another. Every bite there was a burst of flavour as you could taste the richness of different ingredients. The Tomato and Taiwan sausages came out as the prominent flavour. A tasty savoury dish!
Cajun Pork Ribs @ RM 49
Grilled with piquant Cajun Spices. Served with Green Apple Mayonnaise, Deep-fried Cubed Potatoes and Salad. Meat was tender and seasoned with sharp tasting spices. It had a peppery and salty taste to it. The spices were balanced with the sweet green apple mayo. This was a new dish. A great attempt but felt that there was still room for improvement.
Warm Apple Crumble @ RM 15
Apple Crumble was warm and crumbly. It had a wonderful fragrance when served. Greatly complemented with the Vanilla Ice Cream as the mixture of cold and warm textures was superb. A must try dessert!!
Chocolate Brownie @ RM 14
Rich and moist Chocolate Brownie topped with Vanilla Ice Cream. The brownie had a dense but also soft texture. The mixture of warmth and cold was also superb. After trying both desserts, the Apple Crumble definitely had the upper hand.
